RECOVERY SERVICE
In case of trouble you can ask for the delivery service from 9.00 to 19.00. Dial +39 351 5254495. We will analyze the problem with you and we find out the best solution to let you continue cycling.
Rescue service cost: 2,5€ per day per bike
Service time: from 9.00 to 19.00
Covered area. 15 km from the rental shop (YES Borghetto, Yes Sirmione, YS Lazie, No Pozzolo, NO Desenzano, NO Bardolino) moreover on all tracks of DGtalguide.
EVERY DAMAGES WILL BE PAYED ACCORDING TO PRICES LIST
In case of need service outside the covered area the rescue service will be 50€uro minimum.
In case of non acceptance of the rescue service it will be guaranteed at 50€uro minimum.
Our goal is to offer you the best service in the shortest time possible.

1 hour, 2 hours, half day morning (9.00 / 14.30), half day afternoon (15.30 / 19.00), daily (9.00 / 19.00), 24 hours, for several days . The novelty for the 2023 season is the EVENING rental (18.00/24.00): The evening rental is a service that cannot be booked online available for city bike only.
